Northvale, NJ – (January 4, 2021) – New Jersey-based development entity, Northvale Greens LLC, has assembled a team of well-regarded local real estate professionals to finish the final phase of “Paris Square,” the active-adult condominium community on Paris Avenue in Northvale, NJ.
Alvin Sarter, Managing Member of Northvale Greens LLC, has tapped Ray Reduce Development Inc. of Englewood Cliffs to serve as Construction Manager for the project. Reduce Development is one of Bergen County’s most renowned and trusted developers, contractors, and construction managers. The firm, led by Raymond Reduce Jr., boasts over 100 years and three generations of construction and building excellence. “Having lived in the area for much of my life, I’ve driven past this site many times. I am thrilled to be a part of the team responsible for the completion of its final phase,” said Reduce.
The development team is rounded out by Hubschman Engineering, Zampolin & Associates, Capizzi Law Offices, and Procida Funding. Project level engineering work is being directed by Bergenfield-based Hubschman Engineering. The firm, headed by Michael Hubschman and Robert Mueller, is providing site plan designs, property surveys, and additional engineering work for the site. Bob Zampolin-led Zampolin & Associates of Westwood is responsible for the Paris Square building designs. The firm is known for its visionary and luxurious designs as well as its meticulous attention to detail.
In late December of 2020, Northvale Greens LLC closed on $14,500,000 in construction financing from Procida Funding. “I lived in Norwood for 25 years, this is a great area and a great team,” said Billy Procida, Founder and CEO of Procida Funding. The local commercial real estate lender made the loan on behalf of the 100 Mile Fund, which Procida exclusively manages. The final phase of Paris Square will consist of 46 residences. The complex has a pool, a spectacular clubhouse with a theater, gym, and billiards room as well as an expansive park including bocce court and putting green. “Going into this project, we knew we wanted to work with the best real estate professionals in the Northvale area.
